Jermuk Moscow Health Resort, Jermuk

I had a comfortable stay at this resort, but it felt a bit dull and lacking in engagement. The rooms were clean and well-kept, but the dining options were hit or miss. While some food was delicious, much of the buffet seemed to have been out for too long, and service at times felt non-existent. Still, I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

My stay at the resort was a mixed experience. The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated, but the overall atmosphere felt cold and lacking in warmth. I found the service to be inconsistent, especially during off-peak hours. While I enjoyed some of the food, the buffet didn’t always have fresh options. I did have some beautiful walks despite the rain, and the resort seemed like it could offer more during the busier summer months.

I had a great stay at this resort spa! The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The only downside was the food service, which could use some improvement. Overall, a clean and comfortable place for a vacation.

The dining experience felt more like punishment than enjoyment. On a positive note, the beautiful surroundings of Jermuk were a refreshing escape, and the medical team was knowledgeable. However, I can't recommend this place due to the poor hygiene and service.

This hotel offers a unique experience, resembling a sanatorium more than a traditional hotel, focused on health treatments. My stay was made better by the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the attentive staff. However, the dining concept wasn’t to my taste, and the service could be more easily accessible. Overall, it’s a great place for a health-focused getaway, but it might not be the best for those looking for a lively environment.
